Hello,
My company is deploying a G450 gateway in a branch office and will hang it off their central location. Central location is a S8800 pair and the branch will be a G450 with a S8300d. The host site has a 6mg MPLS connection and the branch will receive a 1.5mg MPLS with 1 local PRI for backup. We don't have the hardware to deploy SIP trunks but the branch office is wanting local DID numbers. We prefer not use the local PRI for day to day calls but rather have all calls go through the host location. Any ideas how to get local DIDs and have them route to the host side without call forwarding? Second, is there way to send out a different caller ID number for the branch gateway? Calls made from the branch don't want the caller ID number be that of the host location for branding and local presence requirements.
This is new to me so anyone with best practice tips would be great.
