we have a g430 and a s8300 server which has a mm720 card installed and are trying to connect the ip office off of the sobus so the ip office can make data calls out to different sites has anyone had this working. If so how do we program it as every time we connect the ip office the mv doesn't recognise that it is connected i am sure it is something we are doing wrong but not sure what.

please help as we have noe started pulling our hair out.

regards
Lee

The G430 with S8300 is a Communication manager.
The IP Office is a SME solution and not a CM.
Are you trying to connect them by sip of H.323 or do you mis understood both systems.

ACS IP Office or is it ACSS :)
ACA - Implement IP Telephony -- ACA - Design IP Telephony
ACA - Voice Services Management

hi
As i said in my original post we have the ip office connected to an s0 bus port off of the mm720
i want to make a data call out of the ip office and through the g430 and out on our isdn 30 to variuos sites around the country but i'm having problem setting up the mm720 card so that it will allow a udi 64bit call to pass through it and onto the isdn 30

many thanks
