G430 and Expansion modules show initializing

Hi Guys,
It has been a while since I posted on tektips. I have an issue with a G430 media gateway, where the chassis says Initializng only when the EM200 is connected to the G430 chassis. If we disconnect the Em200, our T1 comes up and syncs with the carrier. We have upgraded to firmware 36.15.0 and have also tried upgrading the Media Modules which are being reused from an older CM3 system which we are migrating from.

Survivable-call-engine is disabled

Try an init vram and factory reset it.

What's the slot layout in this, like, which boards and which slots?

It might just be a bad EM200 (or even a bad G430)
