G3V6 Vector/Huntgroup question

Hello, I have a somewhat basic question (I think) I work for a medical practice and have 4 agents doing appointments. I would like to split the MD's to 5 per agent, with one peron doing backup for the primary agent. What I want to happen is someone presses 1 for one group of MD's and 2 for the other etc. If the 1 MD groups appointment person is busy, I want it to go to their backup person. I presume this is possible utilizing vecotrs and Hunt groups...For callers that have no MD preference, I need thm to go to the Firav agent...Thanks.

Try setting the first Vector with the options

Collect one digit after ann xxxx
go to Vec xxxx if digits pressed is One.
go to Vec yyyy if digits pressed is Two.
go to Vec xxxx if unconditional.
stop.
In these Vec's you would add the splits/skills
use a go to step/Vec if the agent is busy, something like,
go to step/Vec if Staffed agent in split xx = 0 (using another split/skill for the back up agent).
