We finally ordered the Integrated T1 for our G3R using b8zs/esf with Robbed-bit (CAS, 12 voice trunks) from paetec. The problem is I am unable to setup only one CO trunk Group for two way traffic for the 12 voice channels as the carrier side did. I setup trunk type as auto/WINK, I could call out without problem, but unable to accept any DID calls - the DID calls would not terminate to the correct extensions but only ring to the operator 0 ext. and I was not able to pickup/answer any DID calls.

Currently I have to split 12 voice channel into two trunks group on G3R: DID TK with 5 DID TK and CO TK with 7 TK. This config works for both incoming and outgoing calls, but is less effective compare to setup as on single TK group which we can utilize the total 12 voice channels more effectively.

Any suggestions that I could put all 12 voice channels into one single TK group as the carrier side did? If possible that I can do that, what kind of TK Group type I should set? I believe that I have tried all different config but all unable to accept DID calls. What do I need to ask the carrier side to make change on their TK group setup accordingly? (TN767 v. TN464?)

If I have to split into two tk group (DID and CO), I believe they may have chances of conflict in/out two way calls since the carrier side is setup only one TK group for the 12 voice channels.

I saw some notes that "Considering your PBX can't terminate the D-channel, you may want to consider remaining robbed bit, but accepting DNIS digit on all of your two-way
trunks." (where I can see that setup in the G3R TK group config?)

Thank you very much for your reply

Ask your carrier how many digits they're sending you. If you have a 4-digit dial plan, you'll prefer to have them send only the last 4 digits of the dialed number. The fact the calls are ringing to the Attendant tells me the digits are not defined correctly as they are being sent.
