G3si R11 upgrade to S8500 CM3

Hi,

I had completed the CM and License installation, but I cannot use the command 'add cabinet' or 'add ipserver'. I don't know why. Anyone can tell me what should I do on this upgrade.

Yes. I did. But I cannot find the command too. The system envirment like g3si, there are all of old commands but add cabinet and add ipserver.

You're connected to the 8500, right? did you change system ipsi and enable ipsi control? there may also be problems with your license file. It should have been done in RFA as a new system - not an upgrade.

I have sent ticket to AVAYA for this issue. Maybe license model is wrong. But I do not know why the license must be done as new install?
