G3r V10.5 with medpro cards for IP agents ??

Hello,
I have a G3r V10.5 with medpro cards for IP agents.
My company is thinking of adding several more medpros' with a couple
hundred ip agents. Is anyone else running v10.5 with Medpro's ?
How many agents do you have and is it running trouble free?

Hi,
Fairly sure you can run 32 duplex calls per Medpro.

Speak softly and carry a big switch

depends on the codec used. 64 for G.711 and 32 if using compression. Also if adding many agents, might want to get another call classifier board.

I have 25 phones working on Codec G.711mu now packets are 20 mm frames 2 per pkt

Should I change that for say 175 ip agents and 7 medpro’s with 7 clans ?

Hum i'll need to check on the call classifer. These would be replacing some of the normal agents. Do you think i might still need a new call classifer if they are just switching to IP's ?
