Gurus..
I am looking for specs on the physical connectivity of a Definity G3r and a Polycom Viewstation... I have a unit that was physically moved and now it's "broke".. moved to a new buiding on campus.. tcpip works fine I'm struggling with the ISDN piece.

to prevent is better than have it to cure ..

This may sound like a silly question, but how did you have it connected originally? Was it through ISDN lines or as Data Modules on the PABX?

We have ours set up as WCBRI Data Modules on the switch rather than the straight ISDN lines.

The one thing that we have noticed is when we purchased a new unit for a different office, our new carrier was unable to carriage the calls. This was due to their network and inability to traverse the signal.

It's really important that you connect the rj45 leads from the IMUX box to the ISDN2 pannel in the right order. Check the settings on the Polycomm and check each channel for their CLI. If the fist channel isn't patched correctly then the polycomm will not pick up the call.
