G350 Media Gateway is not joining the S8300 GWC

I have an G350 with S8300 and one Integrated Analog 1T+2L module installed.
All have the latest revisons SW R013x.0.1.628.7.
I have added the Media Gateway in ICC ASA.

1-After I reboot I am supposed to see the IP address of
the GW which I don't.
2-Also when I am connected to the Gateway directly through
terminal emulation or through TELNET.
The prompt is nam1-???> . The ??? which means it is not
registered in the ICC.
1 and 2 above seem to be two aspects of the same problem.

Any suggestions??
