G350 and CM4.0, what patches are needed?

Hi,

I'm a student with an interest in telephony, and picked up a G350 with a S8300C, running CM 4.0 and Audix. It has licensing, so there's no issue there, but I'd like to swap the HDD and CF card on the S8300 and do a clean install of CM 4.0 to start from a clean state. I have a 4.0.5 installation CD, but no patches. What patches should I be looking for to patch CM4.0 as much as I can? Additionally, once I save the license and password file from the old installation, can I default the G350 itself?
