I have had 45 8110 phones lose their programming function at one location the last 2 days. I have had no power problems or alarms,errors that would indicate anything unusual. The phones are operational,speakererphone still works they just lost all their speed dialing and won't program now. They love these phones. I had another customer who lost 15 of these in a week. I just think they all went bad. They were installed in 1994. They are a sales group. I suggested going to digital, but they want what they have. I never seen people so loyal to one type of phone. I brought a different type of speakerphone but they are not interested.
