G3 powerbook lombard will not boot.

I have a g3 lombard with OS X and 9.2 on it. While in 9.2 I put some .app files that were in my root directory in to the recycling bin, now the computer will not boot to os x. I have not emptied the recycling bin yet. Is there a"restore to last known good settings" option for the boot like with p.c's. If no, is there any way that I can fix this without the OS boot disk?
