Title: Data Corruption on X21 04.50W Systems, which have IP Sets with Key Expansion Modules (KEMs)
Problem Description: Any attempt to out an IP set with a KEM configured will cause data corruption. Service change to reconfigure the number of KEMs on a set, or to change the KEM class of service from KEM2 to KEM3 or vice versa will cause data corruption.
System impact. Database corruption occurs when an IP set with KEM is deleted from the system, or the KEM parameters of the set are changed. The user is most likely to see the corruption on the next set in the system. In some cases more serious corruption will occur, including the possible loss of 4 TN blocks at once.
Software impact: X21 4.50W sites with IP sets and KEMs.
Workaround: Install EMG patch MPLR22335. This patch will also be included in the Dep List zip file.
