fxsvc.exe keeps showing up....

Hello,

Sort of new to this board. I have a computer(windows 2000 sp4) at work that I can't seem to get rid of this annoying file permanently. I've tried various things to get rid of it. Stopping the process in services seems to help in deleting the file but after a while it will re-appear. I've tried stinger and another trojan removal tool from norton. I've entered the registry and deleted suspicious keys. But, this stubborn virus keeps coming back. The only thing that I can think of is if any of my other computers that are mapped to that drive is infecting it. But the virus has not shown up on any other systems accept for that one. Please let me know if you guys have any suggestions for me. Thanks in advace.
