I am having a prablem adding a number to a 2008 phone on a meridian 61c switch. I have not run into this prablem before. I get a sch1414 error. I found the phone that is supposed to have this in the CLS using your suggestion but the fxsp is not there in the CLS. You guys have been great what should be my next move

Get SCH1414 when doing service change, due to FXSP class of service. MPLR16544 corrects this issue for versions 25.15, 40, 40B, 02.02 & 03.00.
