FXS port configuration for Analog phone

Hi,
2811 router running CME
Trying to configure an FXS port to connect an analog phone to however having a great deal of difficulty!!


From what i gathered this could be done by setting the following

dial-peer voice <next available value=29> pots
destination-pattern <insert extension number here=405>
port 0/1/0
no shut


However when I connect a phone to the port (2 wire) I cannot get a dial tone, and when dialling from an IP phone the analog phone doesn't ring, however the call receives a ringing tone.
