I am looking for a single port FXO devise to connect an analogue line to a 3CX system that is running on a VmWare ESXi server so I cant use a internal PCI card any recommendations

I've used the Grandstream 4104 which is a 4 port unit, just go to the sip trunks and pick a supported gateway device, you can specify how many of the ports to activate. 3CX will create the config to upload to the gateway.
