FXO calls do not disconnect

My probelm is when calling the pstn line that is connected to my fxo port when the call is not pickup the phone keeps ringing and will not disconnect. Here is my voice port config.

The FXO port has no way to signal that the call is disconnected when the outside caller hangs up before the call is answered. A common fix is to reconfigure the port as ground start vs. loop start. Requires coord with the telco.

You have supervisory tone disconnect anytone..so if you can get the telco to give a tone when they disconnect, that might do it also...

Or battery reversal on the line when they disconnect..you are configured for that too...
