When I have my AVAYA phone forwarded to my cell and my cell is busy, the resulting voice mail message is left on the AVAYA phone rather than my cell. How can this be stopped as it defeats call forwarding to a cell if you still have to check back with your IP Office phone mail looking for missed calls?
