Fwd on busy to NAM VM?

I have an MICS with XC 3.0 software. I've got a NAM attached to it.

One of my users has FWD No Answer set to 5176 (the VM DN), fwd no answer delay 4, and fwd on busy set to DN5176. Only problem is that when he gets a second call, the caller gets a busy signal, not VM.

What am I missing?

Does he have at least 2 intercom buttons?

Yes - buttons 8 and 9 on a 7310.

Is it possible all the vm channels are in use? You might want to check under access2 and see what's going on while you place a test call to that set.

Try with CFB off, if it works, problem with port usage. Use Rik's idea, Ftr915, access2.
