Greetings all -
As I understand it and have tested it, if a person who received an Outlook meeting request forwards this meeting request to someone else, it "sends as" and shows up as "sent on behalf" of the meeting organizer.
It's a "Microsoft Feature," I guess, so that the meeting organizer will always get the "reply" or "accepted" to the meeting requests.
My questions -
is this a valid conclusion - or am I missing something and there is a different problem happening on why this is showing up as "sent on behalf" of the person who organized the original meeting?
is there a way to turn this "feature" off as it has caused miscommunication?
Many thanks,
aliciaJ
