FW1 .... Unknown WWW server

We are running FW1 NG with AI on Secure Platform(licence 1 site 50 users). The FW has 4 internal interfaces all configured in the same way. We can go to internet from two internal network, but not from the others.The rules and definitions are the same. We get the following error:
FW1 <fw object> unknown

http://www server

any suggestion will be really appreciate.

What are you seeing in the logs?

Yes. I can ping the server. I'm investigating on the licence. We have 50 users in NG R55 Secure Platform. May be we reached the max number of concurrent users. But we have only 40 computers. Is it possible to cleanup the file checking the concurrent users?.
