Hello!

I need help regarding call forwarding. I need to FW the call immediately if the Battery of the GDC500 ran out.
below is the diagram:

the problem is it rings first for seconds before it diverts.
I tried the FW if OOS but it has delays.

Is there a possibility to divert it immediately?

Thank you very much!!

If you have switched on FW OOS then by using the unconditional forward in Preset Forwarding then there shouldn't be a delay.

Ok, Press Trans *#..... TRANS/PGM..... the transfer key?.......sigh!

thank you for the reply!

but we must not use the unconditional, only if it is OOS. for example, the device is broken or the battery is empty.
problem is, there is no option for ''FW if OOS'' in the preset call forward tab.

not tested yet but I think the terminal state can only be monitored with
an alarm server integration.
There you can have different terminal states like Power off/cell out, On charger, Idle.
I don´t think that the pbx itself can work with these dect terminal states.

Like so many other thinks the ELG dect system is not very comfortable here...

thanks for your reply!

yes, there is no option for that on the pbx. we wrote now an IR request for that.
if there is no solution at the moment i guess we will have to use 3rd party system.
thanks for the tip!

would the busy /no answer call fwd not be the solution

APSS (SME)
ACSS (SME)
ACIS (UC)

unfortunately not, the customer wants it to be forwarded only when it is OOS
