I have a picture that I'm trying to make look good when when resizing it larger. I scan it in at a high resolution then enlarge it, but the picture always look a little fuzzy.
Is there a way to make a picture unfuzzy, or is there another way I could be doing this?
Thanks a bunch!

Re-sizing is a whole issue by itself so try starting with the fuzziness.

A good start would be Filter > Sharpen > UnSharpen mask

Play around with the radius maybe from 1 to 4 and the amount.

Click the preview on and off while playing around to see the effect.

There are many ways to "sharpen" an image but I subbest you start here with the easiest method.

Thanks a bunch that gave it a nice touch!
