Does anyone know where Nortel are going with Agent Desktop Display?

We are currently using Symposium 4.2 with ADD, however, it's not ideal. Are there any plans to enhance it in later versions?

The web client 4.5 version is pretty plain too, but the cool thing about the web client is you can setup agent logins with it and let them see the RTD. It's not small window setup like the ADD, but it does give more info. One of my customers uses that method and everyone likes it. Another solution is the Symonview product. It's pricey though.
