I have a customer that set up a future delivery message.
She now wants to cancel that message before it's sent out. I can't seem to find out how.
Any idea.

The only way to do that is to delete the senders mailbox and it will delete all unheard messages that they sent.

Actually, I don't think deleting the senders mb will delete the future delivery message. A fut. del. msg is in the receiving mb, with a date/time stamp in the future, so it does not play until the date/time is after the message time. Deleting the senders box, will change the envelope info from "mailbox XXXX" to "outside caller", but the message stays.

You will need to delete the receiving mailbox, to delete the message.

You are right i just tried it. I know that i saw a doc some time ago that stated that that was a way to remove unheard messages but i may have been dreaming
