Furniture Layout app. using flash? 1

Hey there, im looking at the possibilty of creating a (
simple(i hope!) flash application for a web-site with which users can define a room size and then position certain items of office furniture within the room (just a top down 2D view), with the ability to rotate and swap the items.
I think i can work out how to do the furniture but im stuck on creating the room size. Is there a way i can allow the user to enter certain dimensions and create a background room to those measurements?

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
