Funny symbols comming up in text

ok when im copiying stuff from word thou to a floating box, instead of spaces and tabs im getting A's with hypins on top of then, anyone know why thsi would be

Instead of simply pasting the text in, go to the edit menu and select "paste special". This will give you more pasting options and cleans up most messes that other programs copy to the clipboard.

ok so i had the problem fixed UNtil, i started doing forms, the first one i did worked fine, then started doing another, now i have the damm funny symbloys back, tried all the paste special cammands

is only on a couple of actions a commar (')
and when i hit (shift space) i cant just hit space, as it defaults back to where it was to begin with

the first block od text is (paste special)plain text, cant space, and symbols

the second block is (paste special) cleared html, see many symbols.....Any help any ideas, im stuck
