Funny Effect

Hi everybody

I am working with a BCM 400 3.7 that has a DTM connected to an Encore Networks equipment: SP201SA. I am receiving from the CO a E1 with R2 MFC with its 75 Ohm interface, and I am providing a E1 to the BCM as a PRI (ETSI ISDN). This BCM also has 12 analog trunks connected. When the IP phones, and only those phones, use the digital trunk for outgoing calls, once you dial the last digit of your number there are +,- 4 seconds of "echo" or some kind of effect that lets you hear your own enviroment in the handset or the speaker if you are using the hands free feature.

But when you are using the CO analog trunks that doesn't happen. This funny effect has become a reason for our customer to believe that someone else (In the middle of the line) is recording their calls. You know, they're paranoid...(who knows what's in their minds, right?), but the fact is that I need to supress that effect. I am not sure if this solution is on my side or in the CO side, I mean, it's the first time that I am dealing with this issue.

Thanks in advance, any help, any advice is welcome.
