All calls to 963-7373 trigger the existing call-tree:

Add a step:

”for Spanish press(5)”
Message to be recorded, triggering SECOND TIER of tree: APPOINTMENTS (Spa) / REPORTS (Spa)
APPOINTMENTS (Spa) message – autosave to x6844
REPORTS (Spa) – goes to exisiting number (I believe it is x2090)

Else, follow existing tree….

Also, can the Contact Center be programmed to feed the SAME APPOINTMENT MAILBOX (target= x6844)?

Indeed Funky request, will try to answer this 'as a funketeer' ;-)

Think your question is: "how to get callers to x7373 end up in mailbox x6844"?

Since a call always carries along the original dialed extention (x7373) you have to add 7373 as a 'Call Pilot Extension DN' in your CallPilot Manager.
If an application (with routing to a mailbox) is used in the CallPilot Manager a SDN (Service Directory Number) with number 7373 has to be added (equal to the 6844 SDN if applicable).

So the Contact Center can be programmed to end up in mailbox but the voicemail system also needs to know which number was dialed.

Is this 'On the 1'?
