Funky Arrow Cursor won't show over text?

Hey guys,

Has anyone had problems with their mouse cursor disapearing when it goes over any text?

This happens with other programs than VB, but its pretty darn annoying when you're trying to do work but you can't see where your mouse is pointing...and I hate restarting so often (which usually solves it).

Any htoughts?
