Hi...
I'm trying to create a report in discoverer that match what is appearing in the fund available inquiry screen , I created a report that read data from gl balances table , the budget and actual figures are correct but the encumbrance figures are wrong, I checked the GL records and compare it with what exist on screen and I found that they are not matching with the DB records? from where the screen calculate this column?

Any help...
