Function to display # of records needed

Hi All,
Can n e one assist me with a function to display a specific # of records?
The user may input 200 and the query's supposed to print the first 200 records...of course I created the quwery to sort and everything but I haven't been able to locate a function to assist this need.

Choose Properties from the toolbar in the query design window. Set Top Values to 200.
