I would like to be able to enter a persons birth date into a cell and have another cell show me the exact age (yy-mm-dd) of the person. Eligibility and other calculations will depend on this info. I have experimented with NOW() and TODAY() but it is always off by a month or so. Is there a function for this or can someone suggest a formula that would take into account the varying days in a month and any leap years?
