function menu customisation - module to override

Hi Nair, All,
We are in 9.5 and there is a default admin functionality which we can use to shove menu items into the more group. The function is func=admin.functionsmenugrouping.

Instead of doing this we want to customise the function menu so that we can arrange/add items/remove items/etc the menu in the way want

Can you please let me know how do we go about it. What is the module to override and put custom code.

the code you require is :

WEBNODE.WEBNODE ROOT.WEBNODEACTION.FUNCTIONSMENU

and

WEBNODE.WEBNODE ROOT.WEBNODEACTION.FUNCTIONSMENU2

however, be aware that the function menu is dynamic based on several things including, but not limited to :

1. Object Type
2. Currently Logged in User
3. Admin Settings from admin.functionsmenugrouping
4. Permissions
5. Other modules adding stuff to the menu

so you will need to be VERY careful about editing this, the other big issue is the potential performance overhead of adding significant customisations to this functionality.
