Function Keys while Hotdesking

Before aquiring Freeseating and Hotdesking we were advised that while using hotdesking we are able to also move across the users functions keys, However i have not found a methind for doing this on Extension Manager the "PHONE" button is greyed out.

Are we able to assign Function Keys to Hotdesk Numbers as advised by our Account Manager.

No, not up to BC12sp6.

Some existing keys (like Message waiting) can be used personally by the logged on free seating user.
The key is then programmed on the extension before the user logs on.
The key does not "travel with" the user, but the user (free seating) can access his own mailbox by simply pressing the MEW key.

Some other keys (MNS/MDN for example) can not be used at all by the logged on user.

Flippin account managers !!!

Do you know if this will change with BC12 SP2? From my understanding this will some additional functionality with regards to MNS, MDN keys on IP Phones.

In BC12sp7 or sp8 already monitoring keys should be available on Ip phones, but I don't know about change in function keys for Free Seaters.
