Full Text Search Problem

Hi,

Environment: ASP.NET,VB.NET,Ms Sqlserver

Probem in Full Text Search

Issue:

My asp.net application having search option so we used MS Sql Server - Full Text Search.
If i update any data in the search table,search not finding the updated information,search result showing only the old values.If i Start the Full Population or we can say populate the full text search again updated values are show in search result,so i cant go and start the Full Population by every update of data so is there any solution for this issue?

I have doubt in Cateloge creation, Scheduling ? any setting do i need to do ? while creating schedule or catelog?

Please help on this issue ... its very urgent...

You can schedule an Incremental Population (I think that's what it's called). Schedule it to run every hour, or so. You'll want to set it's schedule based on how long an incremental population takes to run. If it takes 2.5 hours run it every hour, so as soon as it finishes, it will fire back up. If you can afford to wait a little time, schedule it to run nightly.
