Full screen settings with GeForce2 MX T.V. out

I recently posted a question about problems of not getting a full screen on my tv set with my GeForce2 MX 64MB video card (with t.v. out). Someone suggested TV Tool which works but is only a shareware version, and someone also said they have no problems with the same card. Could anyone out there who has managed to get full screen on their tv please tell me how and what settings have you adjusted to achieve this? Thanks.
I am running windows me.
