Full Outer Join greyed out

Hello all,
I have an issue with full outer join, which is not available to select.
I am using two data sources and I need to bring all the programs from both the data sources irrespective of if they are in the other data source or not, in order to get the desired result I have to use full join, But the database expert shows the full outer join greyed out. Is there any resolution for this issue?
I am using MS SQL server and Crystal XI R2.
