Someone on our domain has been receiving unsolicited spam. For action to be taken, I need to send full message headers from the nasty emails to the admin's of the various domains.
Try this to get the IP of the sender: view the document in the preview pane. Rightclick on the message where it shows to/from/subject etc (the colored part). View the document properties (received fields) and you can get the IP address. Maybe that will help and you can block this IP
Thanks for the replies. I've solved this issue. I called IBM. We have an IBM/Domino support contract. The technician told me that Lotus doesn't have the ability to view the headers! Can you believe that?! I ended up finding the answer to my problem elsewhere on the Internet later. I wish I had taken his name/number down so I could call him back just to let him know that I fixed it.
After reporting the porno spam w/ the headers, the unsolicited mail has ceased to be sent here.
Today I was sent the Hybris virus by who I think is the person behind all the spamming. Someone must've caught up w/ him and now he's pissed off....
