IS THERE A WAY THAT SEND THE EXTERNAL CALLS WHICH COMES TO BUSY MAIL PORTS TO THE ATTEMDANT OR SET.

ONLY IF MERIDIAN MAIL IS DOWN, YOU CAN PUT A EXTENSION OR ACDN ON THE NCFW PROMPT ON THE ACDN FOR VOICEMAIL.
ANOTHER WORDS IF YOUR ACCESS INTO MERIDIAN MAIL IS 7000 DO A CHANGE ON ACDN 7000, AND GO DOWN TILL YOU GET TO THE NCFW PROMPT.

I am not an acd expert but if you program an OVDN number and set the timers for that time you want, then the call should overflow to what ever number you put in.
