Full mailbox staying full

Mailboxes that reach 100% full are staying full even when users delete all messages the full mailbox message stays on the web portal and when they log in it says the mailbox if full. Anyway to fix this?

Is this a new system ?

What version are you running ?

Users can Not delete from the phone or the web portal ?

Is this (not being able to delete) affecting All users ?

its the COS check to make sure the max storage is larger than the max call answer and max voicemail length
