Wich of the IP office phones are full duplex. All I can find is that the 4600 ip phones are full duplex? Are any of the digital?
Thanks

Can you point me to the documentation. What I saw on avayas site was that it wasn't.

Well,
I talked to Avaya and they said that the 2420 was a two way speakerphone, and that two people could talk at the same time, but he would not say it was full duplex.

dontworx,

6402(d) is half duplex, 6408, 6416 & 6424 are full duplex.
2402 is half duplex, 2410 & 2420 are full duplex.
4602 is half duplex, 4610 & 4620 are full duplex.
not sure about older 4606, 4612 & 4624, but think they're full duplex too.

It would be misleading to call the XX02's half-duplex, to many that would imply they can be used to talk handsfree when the other end is silent.

They have a speaker that allows calls to be answered handsfree (and things like page calls to come through) but no microphone so to be heard the user must lift the handset.

I have dealt with phones that are two way speaker phones, but whoever started talking first owned the conversation until they stopped. What your saying is with the phones listed above both people can talk and hear each other at the same time. The reason I am woried about this is becouse the customer knows what full duplex means and we wan't to give him the correct answer.
Thank's for the input.
