Full Bleed on custom size paper

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the driver program of the inkjet canon 9100 so that it will print full bleed on any custom size sheet of paper. I am wanting to print brochures that measure 38X13 (twice as long as Super B Paper)but it will only allow you to print standard size papers when you set the full bleed feature. I am by no means computer illiterate but far from a computer geek so I need a little help.
