Hi, all. I have a new Networker 6.2 server running on 2000 server with all the latest updates. I'm using the 6.21 Netware client on my servers. They are running sp5. When I run backups on any given server, it will backup a random amount of files and directories. The full backup shows it was complete with no errors when I look at the details of the group. Does anyone have any ideas, I would greatly appretiate any help anyone can offer. Thanks in advance...!

I would imaging that this is something to do with system files.

As NetWorker needs the O/S to be installed prior to the client software it doesn't back the files up in the first place.

Try looking along these lines first. Regards

The OS was installed before the client. I'm running Netware 5.1. Save sets are set to 'All'. I have the trouble with both my Netware 5.1 servers, it does he same thing on all of them. I set up a new client as a test. No index existed for the new client, server says it will do a full backup. It actually backed up the etc folder and a few files from the root of SYS. The remote user has full rights to the entire tree. I'm not sure whats going wrong. I tried blowing the Networker server away and starting over, it still did the same thing.
