Fulfillment Software Needed. Can you recommend?

Hi Guys,

I’m running a relatively new on-line store that has great potential for growth. We’re getting to the stage where manually tracking orders is too difficult and the potential for human error is great.

I need software that can track my orders, tell my fulfillment department when an item is to be shipped and what is still outstanding. Because we’re now in the growth stage I also need something that’s not too expensive. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

All of this can be done within the Merchant admin. You can also create new admin users and give them restricted privileges, so you can see which orders have been processed and which have not (among other things).

For about $500, there's Stone Edge Order Manager, a client-side order managing system that interfaces to Merchant. I would assume that's on the expensive side for you, but thought I'd mention it.
