any one know who makes Fujitsu's SCSI drive ?
are they are any good compare to Seagate's cheetah ?

thx

Um, is this a trick question?

I thought Fujitsu made their own drives.

Depends what you mean by "any good". Seagate's Cheetah drives are the fastest drives on the planet IKO, but Fujitsu's are more reliable, IME.

Which models did you have in mind - maybe then we could do a fair comparison.

Hope this is helpful CitrixEngineer@yahoo.co.uk

36GB 10k rpm drives

i had been using most of the cheetah model from 10k to 15k
Fujitsu also has 15k drives

i tried Quantum 10k 18gb, and Cheetah 15k 18gb, 10k 36gb, 10k 73gb drives, i love seagate's

my Dell servers are from Quantum to Fujitsu on the poweredge 2500, and they are not bad at all, fairly fast on the 10k drives
