Looking for someone familiar with the intellicenter programming on the Fujistu pbx systems

You found me again, what do you need to know about Intellicenter? If I can't answer it I have a buddy who can.

Hi Maxg,
I also emailed the user group & it seems there was a patch that became effective 9-9-01 that needed to be applied. The intellicenter was not collecting any data.....what can they do to me next!!

I am trying to get CDR from a PBX KX-TD816, PANASONIC through Hypertrm but I don't get anything. I am using a serial cable to connect my PC with the PBX. I do not understand what's wrong. All the setting parameters are ok. I am a student'engineer in TOGO ( west africa ) and it's for my project. I hope somebody will be able to help me.

you need to turn on smdr out put in programming.
