Fujitsu Focus PBX, reboot?

Is there a way to reboot it? Just see the on/off switch to the middle left?

Installed about 7 years ago for 60 unit apts. Cox Comm.
cut service to some lines, 7 I think, they thought were not being used. Wrong, now can't make outbound calls. Incoming calls are fine. Cox turned back on what they had cut but service is still out. They think the PBX just needs to be rebooted. Day 4, Cox broke it and won't fix it.
Can't find a vender in PHX that knows this older system.
 
If they did a sav ccd a reboot wont help.
the f9600 is a very stable and reliable system, it rarely
if ever needs a reboot.
