We have successfully connected teh F9600 PBX with the Shoretel Switch. However, it's phones are able to call the Fujitsu PBX netwrok phones, but not vice versa. I have broken out the 7 digit extension numbers in the Fujitsu PBX numbering plan. I don't know what the Distant Office Code is, or even if it would cause the connection failure. If anyone has info on special factors for the Fujitsu, or the Shoretel side that need to be programmed in, I am all ears.
